Gender Balance Promotion
In line with the values of the European Union and its institutions, GREENANO will aim to create an inclusive environment and promote equal access to education and opportunities in the field. The admission to the programme will be based on merit, while the gender balance and equal representation of different gender identities will also be taken into account during the students’ selection and enrolment process. To achieve this, the Committee will consider gender balance in all stages of the selection process and may adjust the main candidate list by replacing individuals with those from the reserve list to achieve the desired gender ratio while still prioritizing merit.
